* **What’s the interview process like?**  
  It’s a straightforward ==three-step== interview where we focus on your communication skills, cultural fit, and motivation.
* **What kind of projects will I work on?**  
  You’ll get to work on content creation, influencer collaborations, growth and performance marketing across diverse industries such as skincare, real estate, and professional services.
* **What does the training include?**  
  You'll go through renowned marketing literature and learn industry practices. Plus experience on a live internal e commerce project. 
* **Is this a full-time role?**  
  Yes, it’s a full-time position, with a structured training period to get you up to speed.
* **What tools and methodologies do you use?**  
  We rely on tools such as Posthog, Customer.io, Google Marketing Suite and other platforms in these categories. 
* **What’s the salary for entry-level roles?**  
  ==The salary ranges from PKR 70,000 to PKR 100,000, depending on your potential.==
* **Do you offer internships that lead to full-time roles?**  
  We do internships for 2nd and 3rd-year students. Final-year students can join us full-time.
